James IV and James III

James B. Halligan, III, Esquire (Jim) is an attorney in Pennsylvania with twenty (20) years of experience in civil matters, including contract negotiations, and criminal matters. Jim has successfully negotiated hundreds of cases on behalf of his clients and is known for his ability to advocate for his client's best interests. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Jim is also a licensed by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission as a Boxing Manager.

Jim strives to live as a martial artist. His seven principles for his code are faith, loyalty, integrity, humility, patience, strength and wisdom.
